City of Biloxi Summer Playground Program

The City of Biloxi will be conducting a closed registration for its annual Summer Playground and Enrichment Program starting Monday, April 13, 2026, for returning camp members from the 2025 summer camp season and City of Biloxi employees only with children ages 5 to 12, Monday through Friday 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. at the Parks and Recreation office, 377 Hiller Drive. If slots are available, beginning Monday April, 27, 2026, Biloxi residents can register Monday thorough Friday 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. at the PARKS and Recreation office, with a final registration being held on Saturday, May 2, 2026 from 8–11 a.m. at the Woolmarket City Center, 13034 Kayleigh Cove., for children ages 5 to 12. The summer camp will proceed only if the minimum enrollment requirement is met. If the required number of participants is not reached, all payments will be fully refunded.

Required information at registration:
Proof of Residency (Driver License, I.D., Power Bill, etc.)

Information to be include on registration form:
(MANDATORY THROUGH THE STATE HEALTH DEPARTMENT)
1. Social Security Number for child
2. Two emergency contact numbers
3. List of those who can pick child up
4. Health insurance information
5. Any health information on child

Program Fees:
$100 Non refundable registration fee per child
$ 90 Weekly fee per child

Registration and 1st week fees must be paid at time of registration.
Check, cash or money orders are preferred methods of payments,
but we do accept debit/credit cards.*
*There is a small fee applied to debit/credit cards transactions.
All recommended safety protocols will be followed.
